REFUND PROCESS
At Fior Uisce, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in new condition. If it meets our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 5 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
